1 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of 789apk is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 789apk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued document.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and unincorporated associations are not eligible to register member accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. 789apk is designed for players in Indonesia. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law is done entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, consultant, or agent of 789apk, or an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of real money play.
5. You must not have a previously closed or suspended account on 789apk unless you have received written confirmation from the 789apk compliance team that re-registration is permitted.
6. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access real money betting and gaming services on 789apk, you must create a member account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 789apk account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

• Account Verification (KYC): 789apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a clear photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a selfie with the document, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.
• Account Currency: All 789apk accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no currency conversion fee; all deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR at face value.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

789apk supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment channels, enabling fast and seamless Rupiah transactions across all major local banks and e-wallets.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer / virtual account), as well as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets, and Visa and Mastercard cards.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment network. Processing times are typically instant to 5 minutes for e-wallets and virtual accounts under normal conditions.
• 789apk does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges independently.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit within your account panel and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be rejected and refunded. 789apk operates a strict own-name payment policy.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of request under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if KYC verification has not been completed, if there is an active bonus wagering requirement attached to your balance, or if the withdrawal triggers 789apk's automated fraud-screening process. In such cases, you will be notified via email or live chat.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified 789apk account identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 789apk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

789apk periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members who satisfy the criteria specified in each promotional offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to residents of Indonesia only. 789apk reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "No Wagering" in the promotion details, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or associated winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of issuance and wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will be removed from your account on expiry without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). • Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings (i.e., winnings generated from wagering bonus funds) is capped at 5x the original bonus amount. This cap does not apply to withdrawals of separately deposited real-money funds.
• Abuse Prevention: 789apk actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, coordination between multiple accounts to exploit referral programmes, and exploitation of technical errors or mis-priced promotions. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have promotions voided and may be permanently suspended.
• No Stacking: Unless expressly permitted in a specific promotion's terms, bonuses may not be combined or "stacked" on the same deposit or within the same wagering cycle.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 789apk across sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets, and any other product available on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance at 789apk's discretion. Bets are considered confirmed only once a bet receipt and unique bet ID have been issued to your account. A bet that has been placed but not confirmed (e.g., due to a connectivity interruption) is not binding on either party.
• Odds and Prices: Sportsbook odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds fluctuate based on match events; the odds displayed on your confirmed bet receipt are the odds at which your bet was accepted, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if: the underlying event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling period; the event is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the bet was accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical fault; or the event result is determined to have been affected by match-fixing or other integrity violations. Voided bets have their stake returned to the member's account balance.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be paid out. If one or more legs is voided, the bet is recalculated excluding the voided selection(s). Minimum legs per mix parlay and maximum payout caps are displayed in the bet-slip at the time of placement.
• Live Casino: All live casino table game results — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and sic bo — are generated in real time by physical equipment operated by certified dealers. 789apk does not manipulate live casino outcomes. Disconnection during a live casino round does not void an active bet; if the round completes and your connection is restored, the outcome applies.
• Slot Games: All slot games available on 789apk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by each game studio. Displayed jackpot amounts are indicative; actual jackpot values are confirmed at the time of win.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 789apk. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789apk platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, graphics, page layouts, software code, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 789apk or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 789apk platform without prior written consent from 789apk.

• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or an incorrect game outcome being recorded, 789apk reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. No winnings that arise directly from such errors will be paid.
• 789apk's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 789apk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

11 Suspension & Termination

789apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Chargebacks initiated by a member against legitimate 789apk transactions.
• Account inactivity exceeding 180 consecutive days without a login.
• Member self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure initiated by 789apk for Terms violations, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending the outcome of a compliance investigation. If no violation is confirmed, your remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact 789apk support at any time. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method net of any outstanding wagering requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

789apk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. The platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings panel without requiring agent assistance:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to manage your spending.

14 Amendments to These Terms

789apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with legal obligations or to address a security threat.

Your continued use of the 789apk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request voluntary account closure before the effective date.
